Individuals who fulfil the following criteria may apply for the position. Manager Taxation & Corporate Affairs
Location: Head Office, Karachi Qualification: ICMAP / ACCA Qualified or CA Finalist Age: Upto 30 Years Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience Other Skills/Expertise Required: • The Candidate must possess excellent drafting and communication skills and should be able to work with minimum supervision. Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Strong grip on Taxation and Corporate Laws; • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory/regulatory requirements, filing of statutory returns; • Manage Regulatory authorities including PSX, FBR, SRB and SECP and respective consultants;
Liaise with the Share Registrar of the Company; Assist the Company Secretary in matters:
Relating of Shareholders and Board of Directors including elections of Directors Conducting General Meetings of the Company/Board Meetings Timely preparation and distribution of notices, agenda items and working papers among the Shareholders / Directors. Recording and timely distribution of minutes of the respective meetings
