Description

Applications are invited from the qualified candidates for hiring services of the post of Consultant (Legal), Anti-Corruption Establishment, Sindh, purely on contract basis with the following eligibility criteria:
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Academic Qualification

Law Graduate having at least Second Division from an HEC recognized Institute. Any advanced degree in the relevant field will be preferred.
Experience
At least 25 years of experience as Law Officer / Senior Law Officer in a Public Sector Organization and having an experience of appearing before the Hon’ble Courts of Special Judge, Anti-Corruption (Provincial), Hon’ble High Courts and Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in cases related to Prevention of Corruption.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

i) The hiring shall be on contract and term specific and liable to be terminated on one-month notice.
ii) The hiring shall be on fixed monthly remuneration which will be decided after selection of candidate in consultation with Finance Department, Government of Sindh.
iii) No TA/DA shall be admissible to any candidate for appearing in interview.
iv) The candidate having prescribed qualification / experience for the post should apply within fifteen (15) days of publication of this advertisement to the Director, Anti-Corruption Establishment, Sindh, Barrack No.14, Sindh Secretariat No. 4-A, Court Road, Karachi.
v) All candidates should bring their original documents on the date of interview.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications and withdraw / withhold entire process of hiring without assigning any reason and candidates shall have no right to lodge any claim whatsoever, at any forum or any Court of law in this regard. Shortlisted candidate will be called for interview.
