INVITATION OF APPLICATIONS 

HIRING OF SERVICES OF POLIO WORKERS ON CONTINGENT PAID BASIS FOR 89DAYS 

IN VARIOUS UNION COUNCILS I ZONES OF LAHORE GENERAL

TERMS & CONDITIONS I PROCEDURE OF APPLICATIONS. 

i Department has the right to accept reject or cancel any application or recruitment process without giving any reason.
Resident of same locality (UC), if not available samo town. l. Age 18-25. General age relaxation in upper age limit for Male candidate=5 years,
for Female candidates=8 years & Special Disable persone 10 years. 
iv. Females will be preferred. 
V. Language appropriate (Pashto speaking in Pashtun populated areas) 
vi. No TADA will be admissible to candidates. vii. Nontransferable (work in the same UC and town where recruited) 
viii. Education: Matric, if not available then middle who wanake entries on tally sheets
and other documents/registers ix. This hiring of services will not confer any right for regularization of service at any stage. 
Short listed candidates will be interviewed 
xi. Application should reach in the Olo District Health Officer (HRM&MIS) District Health Authority, Lahore along with attested copies of documents including domicile, CNIC,
academic, certificates etc. 
xii. The original documents to be provided at the time of interview before the selection Committee 
xil. The already working Polio Workers will be preferred. 
xiv. Last date of submission of application 27.02.2021.
