Many multinational companies are opening offices in Dubai & Abu Dhabi these days. This is where the demand for security officers has increased tremendously to ensure the safety of people and property. The UAE Labour Law requires that local authorities must provide these services through Security Agencies regulated by the government. The United Arab Emirates is currently experiencing an economic boom, but there are still security issues that need to be addressed. With this in mind, the Dubai Police Department issued a call for male and female security guards to fill vacant positions. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in law enforcement or private security, speak fluent English, and be able to pass a drug test. Compensation includes salary, housing allowance, transportation benefits, and health care coverage for applicants and qualifying dependents.
Men and women are required to work as security guards in the UAE. Men are allowed to guard female areas. Women are not permitted to guard male-only zones. Security guards must have a minimum of four years experience, pass a background check, and demonstrate fluency in English or Arabic. New employees are given an orientation session before being assigned responsibility for their first shift.
