Qualification/Experience

At least 2nd Div. or grade 'C' in BS/Master (16 year education) degree in Natural or Applied/Engineering Sciences or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC.

At least 2nd Div. or grade "C" BS/Master (16 year of education) degree in Computer Science/ IT recognized by IIEC.

or

At least 2nd Div. or grade 'C' in BS/Master (16 year of education) degree in Mathematics/Physics/ Statistics/Economics recognized by HEC with one year diploma in Computer.

And computer programming or any other relevant experience.

i. Second class or Grade "C" Bachelor's degree from a University recognized by HEC.

ii. A minimum speed of 100/50 w.p.m in shorthand/typing respectively.

iii. Must be computer literate.

At least 2nd Division Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent recognized by HEC.

or

At least 2nd Division Bachelor Degree in Mathematics/ Physics Statistics recognized by HEC with six months cerifcate in Computer with 02 year of work experience

Sindh (Rural)-01 At least 2 Division Bachelor Degree in Computer Science IT or equivalent recognized by HEC.

At least 2nd Division Bachelor Degree in Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics recognized by HEC with six months certificate in Computer with 02 years of work experience. Intermediate.

Terms and Conditions

1. Those already in Government service should apply Through Proper Channel, and shall provide NOC from their respective Organizations at the time of test/interview.

2. In addition to 05 years upper age relaxation by the Government, further age relaxation shall be restricted upto the following categories of candidates, as per relevant rules/policy of the Federal Government:

Government Servants, who have completed atleast 02 years continuous 10 years, upto the age of 55 years. government service on the closing date of receipt of applications.

3. No TA/ DA will be admissible for test/ interview.

4. Applications on prescribed format available on PCST website (www.pest.org.pk) without documents may reach to Deputy Director (Admin), Pakistan Council for Science and Technology (PCST), Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.

5. Application submitted by hand will not be entertained.

6. Applications received after last date, incomplete/not properly filled will not be entertained.

7. Minimum and maximum age shall be calculated on the closing date of receipt of applications.
