Assistant Product Manager - WhatsApp Banking and Communication Channel

Bachelor's degree from an HEC recognized university

Experience:

Fresh to one year of working experience

Job Responsibility.

• Work with stakeholders to define the product strategy, including the target market, key features and goals for the product

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design and customer support, to ensure that the product is developed according to specifications and is delivered on time

• Develop a launch plan for the WhatsApp banking product and work with marketing and sales teams to ensure that the product is successfully introduced to the market

• Track key metrics related to the product, such as usage, adoption rates and customer feedback and use this information to identify areas for improvement

• Oversee the ongoing development and improvement of the WhatsApp banking product, working with cross- functional teams to identify new features and functionality that will improve the product's performance and meet the needs of the target market

• Ensure that the product is compliant with relevant regulations, such as data privacy laws and financial regulations
