Board of Revenue, Government of the Punjab intends to seek the services of following individuals for Automation of e-Stamping System on contract basis for limited period:

Eligibility Criterion:

Qualification/Experience

() Minimum 16 years of Education in Computer Science, Information Technology. Software Engineering. Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission;

(1) Minimum 07 years of experience in software development (ASP, NET MVC and C# programming language) in Govemment, semi-Government or a reputed private organization;

(iii) Must have hands on experience of front end technologies such as HTMLS, CSS, Java Script and more.

(1) Minimum 16 years of Education in Computer Science, Information Technology. Software Engineering. Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission;

(H) Minimum 05 years of experience in software development (ASP, NET MVC and C# programming language) in Government, semi-Goverment or a reputed private organization;

(ii) Must have hands on experience of front end technologies such as HTMLS, CSS, Java Script and more.

(1) Minimum 16 years of Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering. Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission;

(ii) Minimum 03 years of experience in software development (ASP.NET MVC and C programming language) in Government, semi-Government or a reputed private organization;

(iii) Must have hands on experience of front end technologies such as HTMLS, CSS, Java Script and more.

() Minimum 16 years of Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission;

(ii) Minimum 02 years of experience in software development (ASP.NET MVC and C programming language) in Government, semi-Goverment or a reputed private organization;

(ii) Must have hands on experience of front end technologies such as HTMLS, CSS, Java Script and more.

6) Minimum 16 years of Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering. Computer

Engineering or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission;

(ii) Minimum 07 years of experience in administration as administrator in

administering Networks,

Information/Network/ Cyber Security core

domain experience in Government, semi-

Government or a reputed private organization;

(ii) Must have knowledge on premises/ Cloud application design, development methods and concepts, Network/ Application/ Systems Security, Firewalls, Vulnerability and Penetration Testing, Risk Assessment, Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Various Cyber Security Framework such ISO 27001 (iv) must have at least three (03) of the following Network/ Security related Certifications:

CCNA, CCNP, HCIA JNCIA Security, CEH, Certified in Cyber Security (CC), CISSP, CISM and ISO 27001

() Minimum 16 years of Education in Computer Science, Information Technology. Software Engineering. Caputer Engineering or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission

(ii) Minimum 07 years of relevant experience in Government, semi- Government or reputed private organization and strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, QA & QC Concepts and Testing Methodologies, Strong test documentation, management, execution and reporting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a thorough understanding of development and testing methodologies are required Automation testing would be a big plus-Selenium/JMeter /load Runner etc

1) Minimum 07 years of relevant experience in Oracle database, MS SQL in Government, semi-Government or a reputed private organization:

(ii) Must have knowledge of various phases of system development with respect to database normalization. Knowledge of data warehousing and its application

1) Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, MBA, MPA. MBIT or equivalent qualifications from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission;

(ii) Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in business administrations, project management and operations in Government, semi-Government or a reputed private organization.

(1) Minimum 16 years of Education in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission:

(ii) Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in business administration, operations, customer relation management in Government, semi-Government or a reputed private organization,

Minimum 16 years of Education in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission;

(ii) Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in business administration, operations, customer relation management in Government, semi-Government or a reputed private organization;

(1) Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, MBA, MPA, MBIT or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission;

(i) Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in business administration and inventory management in Government, semi-Government or a reputed private organization;

1. The candidates having domicile from Punjab are eligible to apply;

All above project posts are purely temporary, on contract basis, under the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 for a limited period;

The selectee would have no right of regularization of his contract whatsoever,

The decision of the Authority shall be final and would not be challenged in any courtof law;

Competent Authority may accept or reject any application/process of recruitment at

any stage, without assigning any reason;

A project based lump sum salary package shall be admissible for these posts & selectee shall have no right to claim usual allowances, as defined against other regular/contract posts;

The application must be accompanied with attested copies of educational certificate, perience certificate, copy of CNIC, two passport size latest pictures, domicile certificate and other relevant documents;
