Position 01: Branch Manager (OG-I / AVP)
Job Title: Branch Manager
Reporting to: Regional Head
Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent; Master's degree/Islamic Banking certification/diploma preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years in branch banking, 3 years as Branch Manager/Operations Manager
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
Sound knowledge of branch banking operations and Islamic banking products
Compliance regulations knowledge (AML/CFT and SBP Prudential Regulations)
Business acumen and expertise in dealing with audit issues
Goal-oriented, result-driven, excellent analytical skills
Good leadership, branch management, and customer service skills
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Overall management of branch affairs
System maintenance, business development, target achievement
Compliance with regulations
Performance evaluation and mentoring of reporting staff
Place of Posting: Bismillahpur, Dadu, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Jacobabad, Karachi, Kotli, Quetta, Rahimyar Khan, Raiwind, Sukkur
Position 02: Branch Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I)
Job Title: Branch Operations Manager
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent; Master's degree/Islamic Banking certification/diploma preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, 3 years in core branch operations
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
Strong understanding of branch banking operations
Good leadership, branch management, and business acumen
Analytical and customer-handling skills
Proficient in MS Office suite
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Opening/closing branch operations
Adherence to bank policies, security, Shariah Compliance
Supervision of administrative and operational staff
Review and supervision of account opening process
Budget development and compliance monitoring
Place of Posting: Faisalabad, Karachi, Lahore
Position 03: Branch Operations Officer (OG-III / OG-II)
Job Title: Branch Operations Officer
Reporting to: Branch Manager / Branch Operations Manager
Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent; Master's degree/Islamic Banking certification/diploma preferred
Experience: At least 3 years of experience, 1 year in branch operations
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
Branch operations, general accounts, SBP Regulations
Analytical skills, excellent communication, time management, customer relationship
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Management of branch operational affairs and regulatory requirements
Account openings and service delivery
Authorization of daily financial and non-financial transactions
Oversight of vaults, tokens, taxes, GLs, ATM-related activities
Customer query resolution and Shariah Compliance
Place of Posting: Bhakkar, Faisalabad, Nawabshah, Peshawar

Employment Type:
