OPF Internship program aims to provide training & productive skills to the educated youth belonging to overseas Pakistanis families by giving them exposure to professional working environment to enhance their capability and employability. This program will provide internship to fresh graduates/post graduates from HEC recognized universities across the country, per year.

OPF Internship Program for Overseas Pakistanis

OPF OBJECTIVES

Provide internship facility to the overseas Pakistanis community.
Prepare young motivated degree holders for their future role by giving them on job training.
To provide an opportunity to the fresh graduates and make them contributing members of the society.
To hire the services of fresh youths and utilize fresh ideas.
To identify talent for hiring future employees

OPF ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

This program is only for Overseas Pakistanis residing in Pakistan or abroad
Candidates having degrees from HEC recognized University will be eligible for OPF Internship program.
Only candidates having educational qualifications in the following disciplines will be considered for Internship Program:
Management Sciences
Information Technology
Law
Finance, Accounting and Economics
Social Sciences (Social works, Sociology, Anthropology, I.R. Gender Studies and Political science)
Journalism / Mass communication
Audit
Engineering (Civil, Architect, Computer Science)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & HONORARIUM 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION	HONORARIUM TO BE PAID (PER MONTH)
Graduate (14 years of education)	Rs. 20,000/-
Post Graduate (16 years HEC recognized degree)	Rs. 25,000/-
Specialization after Post Graduate (18 years of education)	Rs. 30,000/-

OPF Seven (7) steps Recruitment and Selection Process

Job opening: Overseas Pakistanis Foundation advertises vacant positions all over Pakistan in most circulated newspapers of the country

Application by candidates: Interested candidates are required to apply with in due date on the prescribed form

Shortlisting : Initial shortlisting is made as per prescribed criteria specified in the advertisement.

Written test: In order to examine the basic knowledge about the post eligible candidates are require to qualify objective type test

Interview: Those who qualify the written test are then called for preliminary interview, final interview is conducted for those who qualify the preliminary interview

Offer and Joining: If a candidate has cleared all the test and the selection process, he/she is offered the job and is finally inducted

Medical, Antecedent & Documents verification:
Selected candidate go through medical examination.
Documents (educational and experience) are also verified and scrutinize
