• Oversee the daily operations of the Business Facilitation Center.
• Lead and manage the BFC team, ensuring efficient performance and professional development.

• Ensure complaint redressal at the center.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders to streamline business applications.
• Represent the BFC in meetings, conferences, and other forums to promote its services and initiatives.
• Implement government policies and directives related to business facilitation and development.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the operations of the BFC.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and assistance.
• Address and resolve complaints and issues faced by businesses promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of business interactions and transactions.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Competent Authority
