| Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities | Identify and acquire new SME clients, execute client acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, promote financing products (working capital, trade finance, term loans), manage existing client relationships, analyze financial statements, prepare credit proposals, monitor accounts for risk mitigation, and achieve non-financial and financial targets |
| Other Knowledge / Competencies | Ability to multitask, strong sales orientation, basic understanding of banking and SME products, geographical knowledge of the assigned area, sound knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations, and strong interpersonal and communication skills |
