1- Regional Managers    10 years    
2- Area Managers    7 years    
3- Branch Managers    5 years    
4- Branch Credit Managers    3 years    
5- Relationship Managers    3 years    
6- Assistant Relationship Managers    2 years    
7- Business Development Officers    Fresh
