| Superintendent Engineer (Tanker) (Max Age | 57 Years): Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor) with minimum 1 year sailing experience as Chief Engineer in the last 7 years on tanker vessels |
| Deputy Manager (Ship Personnel) (Max Age | 50 Years): Class I/II Certificate of Competency with 2 years of sea experience or MBA/MPA/BBA (HRM) with 5 years of HR experience |
