NTL is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions:

16 years of HEC verified education in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or equivalent in a related field.

0 to 1 year of relevant experience in Flutter / mobile application development.

Manage end-to-end mobile app development lifecycle using Flutter.
Integrate third-party libraries, plugins, and REST/GraphQL APIs to enhance app functionality and performance.
Leverage Flutter/Dart to build robust, cross-platform (Android & iOS) applications from a single codebase.
Utilize state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLOC) for clean, modular, and scalable app architecture.
Ensure adherence to Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies, including privacy, permission usage, and content standards.
Implement app compliance best practices, including runtime permissions, background task limits, and device compatibility requirements.

Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 3 years (extendable if required) and will be on a 6-month probation period.
Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process, and accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from HEC/relevant forum must be provided at the time of interview.
