Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the following position:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• 16 Years education in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Information Security or related field from an HEC recognized university

• Degrees must be attested by HEC

• Master's degree will be preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Role Purpose

Lead NADRA's technology function by providing strategic direction on digital transformation, IT governance, technology infrastructure and systems development. Strengthen organizational performance by leveraging innovative and secure technology solutions, ensuring reliable and efficient IT operations, and providing strategic technology recommendations to Management and the Authority.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, demonstrating a dedicated focus on enhancing organizational technology infrastructure.

• Proven experience in leading and managing technology or IT functions in large public-sector, corporate, or technology-driven organizations.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in driving technical development initiatives, fostering innovation, overseeing software application development, and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures.

• Proven track record of formulating and executing technological strategy and driving innovation initiatives that deliver tangible business value while prioritizing cybersecurity.

• Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications in driving business transformation and enhancing cybersecurity resilience.

• Strong knowledge of secure software development methodologies, programming languages, and software engineering principles.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to prioritize cybersecurity in all technology initiatives.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Selected candidate will undergo a 3 months' probation period, extendable subject to performance.

2. Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process, and accept/reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason.

3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

4. Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided at any stage.

5. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

6. 5 years general age relaxation is already included in above age limit.

7. Attested educational documents from Higher Education Commission (HEC) / respective regulatory body must be provided at the time of joining.

8. In the event the selected candidate declines the job offer, the offer may be extended to the reserve candidates.

9. Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

10. No TA/DA will be admissible.

11. Electronic gadgets such as mobile phone, smart watch etc. will not be allowed during test/interview.

12. Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
