2. ADVERTISEMENT OVERVIEW

• Title: Positions Vacant

• Project Title: "Strengthening of Planning, Development, Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate (SPD&ME), Ministry of Railways, Islamabad"

• Nature of Employment: Purely contract basis under Project Pay Scales (PPS)

• Contract Duration: Two (02) years or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier

• Extension: Extendable on satisfactory performance during the initial period, maximum up to completion of the project

• Posting: Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan as per administrative requirement

3. POSITION DETAILS

Position 01: Director / Business Development (PPS-10)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 50 Years

Qualification:

• MBA / MS (Marketing / Finance / Project Management)

• Minimum 16 years of education

• All degrees must be recognized by HEC

• Additional qualification in Project Management will be preferred

Eligibility / Experience:

• Overall 12 or more years' work experience in project management

• Experience of Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects for more than 5 years

• Comprehensive knowledge of business strategy development and implementation

• Preference for candidates with variety of experience in relevant fields such as business portfolio management, marketing investment performance analytics, and PPP projects

• Advantage given to expertise in the field of financial analysis

• Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera & MS Office

Position 02: Deputy Director (Financial Analyst) (PPS-09)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Maximum Age: 45 Years

Qualification:

• MS (Finance) / MSc (Economics) / ACCA / CA or related discipline

• Minimum 16 years of education

• All degrees must be recognized by HEC

Eligibility / Experience:

• Minimum 07 years' post-qualification experience

• At least 02 years' experience of preparing and analyzing financial modeling of projects

• Preference for use of advanced software related to business analysis & financial modeling

• Knowledge of MS Office
