**PUNJAB GREEN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (PGDP)**
**PUBLIC NOTICE**
The Program Coordination Unit (PCU) of the Planning & Development Board, Government of Punjab, is responsible for the monitoring and coordination of the World Bank-funded Punjab Green Development Program (PGDP). The project aims to strengthen environmental governance and promote green investments in Punjab. For this purpose, the PCU, PGDP, intends to hire individuals with the following qualifications and experience:
**1. Position: Procurement Finance Expert**
- Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- ACCA/CFA/ACMA or MPA/MBA Finance or a Master's degree in Project Management.
- A higher degree in the respective field would be a plus.
- The incumbent should possess at least three (03) years of post-qualification proven experience in similar work for ACCA/CFA/ACMA or 05 years of overall experience for other related qualifications.
- Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years.
**2. Position: Research Analyst**
- Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- The incumbent should possess 16 years of education with a Bachelor's (Hons) or equivalent degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or Atmospheric Science.
- A higher degree in the respective field would be a plus.
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years.
**3. Position: Policy & Safeguard Analyst**
- Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- The incumbent should possess 16 years of education with a Bachelor's (Hons) or equivalent degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Library Sciences, or related fields.
- Should have a minimum of five (05) years of experience, including 02 years in the public sector.
- Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years.
**4. Position: AutoCAD Operator**
- Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- The incumbent should possess F.Sc (Pre-Engineering)/DAE with certification in AutoCAD from any reputable institution.
- The incumbent should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD creating 2D and 3D Drawings.
- Must be able to read and draw plans, elevations, details, sections, etc., in architectural drawings with ease.
- Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years.
**5. Position: Dispatch Rider**
- Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Matric (2nd division) from a recognized board.
- Valid motorcycle driving license.
- Middle pass.
- Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years.
**6. Position: Office Boy**
- Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Should have experience in an office environment.
- Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years.
Interested candidates can apply by submitting their applications on the Punjab Jobs Portal (jobs.punjab.gov.pk). The last date for submission of job applications is 25th May 2023 (Thursday). Applications received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
These are project-based positions up to 30th June 2025.
Incomplete/irrelevant applications without the requisite experience/documents are liable to be rejected.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
