SITUATIONS VACANT
Applications are invited on an all Pakistan basis from Pakistan Nationals (Male/Female) for the following vacant posts (BS-11) to be filled on the basis of the following quotas.

Educational Qualification:
i. 2nd Class or grade "C" Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/ Accounting/ Finance/ Banking Business Administration (Finance/ Accounting) from a University recognized by HEC.
OR
ii. 2nd Class or grade "C" Associate Degree (ADP) in Commerce/ Accounting/ Finance/ Banking/ Business Administration (Finance/ Accounting) from a University recognized by HEC.
iii. Computer literate with a typing speed of 30 words per minute.
Note: Disabled/Women/Minorities, etc., can also apply against the prescribed quota by the Government.
General Instructions:
i. Employees of Government Departments may apply through proper channels. NOC shall be provided at the time of the interview.
ii. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
iii. As per Government Policy, a 10% quota for women and a 5% quota for minorities have been reserved in Provincial/Regional quota.
iv. A 2% disability quota will be observed as per rules. Disabled persons must have a certificate from an authorized Government Organization as proof of disability.
Age Limit:
The upper age limit is further relaxable as follows:
i. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Buddhist Community, Sindh Rural, and Balochistan (up to 3 years).
ii. Released or retired personnel of the armed forces of Pakistan (15 years) or the number of years actually served in the armed forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.
iii. Government Servants and Contract employees who have completed 2 years of continuous Government service on the closing date for receipt of applications (10 years).
iv. Widow, son, or daughter of a deceased civil servant who dies during service (up to 5 years).
v. Disabled persons (10 years).
vi. The closing date shall be considered as the cutoff for measuring the age limit.
How to Apply:
Interested and eligible applicants are required to apply online at the National Job Portal (www.njp.gov.pk) within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the newspaper.
Print the system-generated application along with two recent passport-size pictures, copies of CNIC & educational certificates (duly attested), as well as a pay order/Demand Draft of Rs.500/- (original) in favor of FA&CAO/PR to be sent to Accounts Officer/Admn, Pakistan Railways, HQ Office, Lahore.
Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for the test/interview, and other information, if any, will be intimated via email/cell phone/SMS. The date and time for the test will be communicated through email or SMS.
Note:
The department has the right to increase/decrease the number of posts and cancel the entire recruitment process for the post of Junior Auditors (BS-11) at any stage without assigning any reason.
