About the Organization

PakSat Int'l is a leading satellite services, marketing and sales entity; primarily engaged in provision of satellite bandwidth and services on National Satellites and having an international customer base. The company is actively looking for a competent leader for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on contract basis.

Position Overview

We seek to hire the services of an energetic, dynamic, experienced and high calibre professional duly conversant with Global Satellite marketing business and capable of working in a technologically challenging environment. The candidate shall possess strong leadership, team building, change management, interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to drive marketing and sales team of the company.

Qualification, Experience & Eligibility

 

Criteria	Requirement
Education	Masters Degree in Engineering and Business Administration (desirable) with specialization in Marketing/Management/Engineering Management (Min 18 years of education from HEC recognized International or National university)
Experience	15 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience with min 5 years in senior leadership role in renowned Organizations
Nationality	Pakistan National (Male/Female)
Age Limit	Maximum 57 years of age at closing date of application
Additional Note	Applications from dual nationals will not be entertained
Industry Experience	Possess considerable experience of the Telecom and associated Technology Industry with strong knowledge of satellite communication business and national and international marketing, sales and business development experience in services sector

Mandatory Skill-Set & Job Description

• Responsible for development, formulation and management of company policies, programs and strategic planning initiatives for increasing satellite bandwidth sales and marketing business.

• Possess sound knowledge related to International Satellite Communication business economy, present business case and marketing scenario for National Satellites sales and marketing.

• Conversant with SECP's Company regulations, International and National general taxation rules and principles.

• Responsible for interacting with local and international enterprises, associations, public sector entities, commercial and corporate sector etc.

• Well conversant with latest satellite technologies, business growth strategies, global marketing trends, end-to-end value chain implementation of strategies with relevant stakeholders having an effective monitoring and evaluation framework and expertise on project management tools and techniques to ensure success of company's national & international satellite business.

• Demonstrable experience of brand visualization, development and marketing with go-to-market strategies, entering into joint ventures, product packages design for market penetration.

• Possess leadership stature, strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage company, a team composed of senior professional resources and to interact with senior management levels of corporate and public sector for achieving concrete & measurable results and accomplishment of organizational goal.

• Experience in evaluating emerging technologies to transform businesses, exploration of Joint ventures avenues with out of the box ideas for business development and deliver sustainable competitive advantage.

Pay Package

A market based competitive package will be offered.

Terms & Conditions

2. Alongside these, hard copies of the same should also be dispatched to PO Box No. 1271, Islamabad, with the following documents:

   • Copy of CNIC

   • Declaration on non-judicial paper of Rs 50 confirming that the candidate is eligible to act as CEO in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, rules and supporting guidelines

   • Copies of Degrees/Testimonials duly verified by HEC or the professional body or association whichever is relevant

3. Deadline for submission of application is 20 Oct 2026

4. Initial contract shall be for a period of 03 years from the date of appointment extendable up to the age of 60 years subject to Annual Performance Evaluation by the Board of Directors.

5. The selected CEO shall be posted to Islamabad Paksat Int Head Office, however; incumbent can be re-located anywhere in Pakistan on requirement basis.

6. Compliance to the selection criteria does not guarantee for short-listing.

7. Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel and submit NOC at the time of interview from their parent department.

8. Management reserves the right to reject any application and to withhold / cancel the whole recruitment process at any stage without assigning the reason.

9. Candidates shall be required to produce all original documents at the time of interview.

10. Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for interview/selection process.

11. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview/selection process.
