DETAILED ROLE DESCRIPTIONS

A. CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT & ENGINEERING

1. General Manager, Engineering Support & Construction Supervision

• Role Overview: Leads all technical and supervisory functions of the University's campus construction, coordinating the Engineer, the Contractor, and other stakeholders.

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PEC registration mandatory.

• Preferred: Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience on building and infrastructure projects.

• Key Skills: Extensive experience in construction supervision, estimation, project management, and contract administration of large-scale projects.

2. Manager, Mechanical

• Role Overview: Supervises all mechanical works in campus construction and operations: plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and water pumping.

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; PEC registration mandatory.

• Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience on infrastructure projects.

• Key Skills: Construction supervision, testing, and QA/QC of piping/plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and water pumping works.

3. Manager, Electrical

• Role Overview: Supervises all electrical works in campus construction and operations, from Low Voltage to Medium Voltage installations.

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; PEC registration mandatory.

• Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience on building and infrastructure projects.

• Key Skills: LV-MV installations, QA/QC, and review of contractor submittals.

4. Manager, Planning

• Role Overview: Leads planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring of the University's campus construction.

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; PEC registration mandatory.

• Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience on large infrastructure projects, including the latest 3 years leading planning teams.

• Key Skills: Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, project controls, and progress reporting.

B. ADMINISTRATION & HUMAN RESOURCES

5. Manager, Human Resources

• Role Overview: Builds the University's HR framework from the ground up: policies, systems, and culture.

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Preferred: Master's degree in HR Management, MBA (HR), or a related field; SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent HR certification.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-graduate experience in progressively responsible HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

• Key Skills: Setting up HR policies and systems, merit-based recruitment, Pakistan labour laws, and HRIS.

6. Office Manager

• Role Overview: Oversees and facilitates all administrative functions across the University Head Office and the Project Office.

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

• Preferred: Master's degree (MBA, Management, or a related field).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in office administration, executive support, or facilities coordination.

• Key Skills: Setting up office operations, executive support, and vendor and facilities management.
