Applicants must have compulsorily passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by IBA Testing Services (STS), Sukkur, with at least 40% marks, and must possess the certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the aforementioned posts.

The age of applicants shall be calculated from the date of submission of application, as clarified under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation in Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit shall be granted, as clarified in Services, General Administration & Coordination Department Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)564/2011(Part-II), dated 06-03-2025.

For initial appointment, the quota reserved for specified areas shall be observed in accordance with the rules and regulations and policy of the Government of Sindh.
