VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
WITHDRAWAL OF PREVIOUS ADVERTISEMENT
The vacancy advertisement for the post of Director General (MP-I), Pakistan Institute of Education (PIE), published on 23 August 2026, is hereby withdrawn ab initio (from the very beginning).
A fresh advertisement is being issued to ensure that the recruitment process is undertaken in accordance with the guidelines of the applicable MP Scales Policy 2020, as amended from time to time, and Finance Division's O.M dated 31.10.2023 and its amendments.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREVIOUS APPLICANTS
Candidates who applied in response to the earlier advertisement shall be required to submit a fresh application against this new advertisement. Applications submitted against the earlier advertisement shall not be considered for the present recruitment process.
TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
The appointment shall be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and approval of the competent authority.
