Job Description

Applications are invited from eligible candidates who are residents of Tehsil Safdarabad for the purpose of performing cleaning and sanitation work at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Safdarabad. The recruitment will be made for a period of 89 days.

Qualification/Experience	Candidate must be medically and physically fit. Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in hospital cleaning and sanitation work.

Terms & Conditions

1. Domicile Requirement: The applicant must be a resident/domicile holder of the relevant Tehsil (Safdarabad) and must fulfill the prescribed criteria.

2. Required Documents: Attested copies of the following documents must be attached with the application:

   • National Identity Card (CNIC)

   • Domicile Certificate

   • Educational Certificates

   • Experience Certificate

   • Recent Photographs

3. Temporary Appointment: The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days, made by hand/contract, and will not create any right to permanent appointment or employment. This appointment will not be against any sanctioned post.

4. Merit-Based Recruitment: Recruitment will be made on merit in accordance with the prevailing policy and instructions of the Government of Punjab.

5. Late/Incomplete Applications: Applications received after the prescribed date or incomplete applications will not be acceptable.

6. Original Documents at Interview: Candidates must present their original CNIC, original educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.

7. Selection Committee Authority: The Selection Committee has the authority, in accordance with the rules, to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process. The decision of the authorized Selection Committee cannot be challenged in any court of law.

8. Deployment: Selected candidates will be deployed at the relevant hospital as per requirement and will be required to perform the duties assigned to them.

9. No TA/DA: No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be given to candidates appearing for the interview/selection.

10. Medical Fitness: The selected candidate must be medically and physically fit.

11. False Information: If at any stage the provided information or documents are found to be false/forged, the candidate's application or appointment may be cancelled.

12. Wages/Payment: Wages/remuneration will be paid at the rate prescribed by the Government and through the approved method of payment, i.e., crossed cheque or bank account only.

13. Duties: The selected candidate will be bound to perform cleaning duties at the hospital and other related duties assigned by the administration as required.

14. Biometric Attendance: Selected candidates must register on the hospital's biometric system and mark daily attendance on a regular basis.

15. Payment Linked to Biometric: Payment of salary will be linked solely to the biometric system. Without it, the candidate will be considered absent, and in case of continuous absence for two days, the selected candidate will be dismissed from service.

16. Dismissal: In case of any kind of negligence or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
