5. Direct Applications: Applications submitted directly to the Child Protection and Welfare Bureau will NOT be entertained.

6. Hard Copy Submission: Print of the online-generated Application Form, along with:

   • Two recent passport-size photographs

   • Attested copy of CNIC

   • Domicile certificate

   • Educational testimonials

   • Experience certificate
