1	CCTV Operator	Diploma in CCTV-related field from a recognized IT institute with 3 to 5 years of practical experience is mandatory. Experience in installation of CCTV cameras and wireless clicker operations. Experience with EWR, NVR, and camera monitoring systems. Ability to handle daily security activities and report to management. Ensure timely action in any emergency situation. Ability to work in shifts and perform duties effectively under pressure.
2	CCTV Technician	Diploma in CCTV technology-related field from a recognized IT institute with 3 to 5 years of practical experience is mandatory. Experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of CCTV cameras and EWR, NVR, and camera systems. Ability to identify faults in CCTV monitoring systems and rectify them promptly. Ensure effective performance of cameras, network equipment, and monitoring systems. Maintain records of daily technical activities, repair, and maintenance work. Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues through coordination with security and management. Ability to work effectively in shifts and under pressure.
3	Data Entry Operator	Experience in office work and computer operations. Preference will be given to candidates with experience. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. Typing speed in Urdu and English of at least 100 words per minute with accurate and error-free typing.
4	Crane Operator	Practical experience in operating and using all types of cranes and heavy machinery. Expertise in installation of street light poles and repair/maintenance of street lights. Full proficiency in electrical equipment operation and maintenance. Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
5	Rental Driver	2 to 4 years of experience. Full proficiency in property market operations and water tanker driving. Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
