Intermediate with Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 words per minute in Typing respectively, must be computer literate.

• Taking dictation, rendering transcripts and doing general typing work;
• Attending to receipt and issue work during the absence of the Section Assistant; and
• Any other ancillary function and work that may be assigned by the officer, e.g. reproduction of documents, arranging office amenities etc.
