**PAKISTAN CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (PCAA)**
**OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME A PART OF PCAA'S PROFESSIONAL TEAM**
**SITUATION VACANT NOTICE NO. 26/2023**
Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority requires services of qualified individuals to fill the following vacant posts on a contract basis for three (03) years (extendable), where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit:

Additional Director (Consumer Protection) (EG-07) | 1 | - At least LLM Degree in Aviation Law / International Law/ Corporate Law from an HEC recognized institute. - Preference shall be given to candidates with additional qualification in Economics from an HEC recognized institute. - Experience: At least 10 years of post-qualification job experience in a government/semi-government/autonomous/private sector organization. - Work experience in the Air Transport sector is a plus. - Be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. - Awareness of ICAO documents related to Air Transport, National Aviation Policy, Air Transport ANOS, and CAA rules and regulations. - Proficiency in MS Office. - In possession of superior presentation skills. - Knowledge and understanding of consumer protection and facilities guidelines in the air transport industry.
Additional Director (Air Transport Operations) (EG-07) | 1 | - Qualification: Graduation degree with at least 20 years post-qualification experience in Air Traffic / Air Defense Controlling. - Experience & Skills: At least 10 years' experience at any senior leadership/executive/command position. - Be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. - Awareness of ICAO documents related to Air Transport, National Aviation Policy, Air Transport ANOS, and CAA rules and regulations. - Proficiency in MS Office. - In possession of superior presentation skills.
Additional Director (Air Transport Economics Oversight) (EG-07) | 1 | - At least 16 years of Education in Econometrics/Economics from HEC recognized institute OR FCCA/FCMA/ACA from a recognized institute. - Experience & Skills: At least 12 years of post-qualification job experience in a government/semi-government/autonomous/private sector organization. - Work experience in the aviation industry is a plus. - Be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. - Awareness of ICAO documents related to Air Transport, National Aviation Policy, Air Transport ANOS, and CAA rules and regulations. - In possession of superior presentation skills. - Knowledge and understanding of competition laws in the air transport industry. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong Interpersonal Skills.
Joint Director (Air Transport Operations) (EG-05) | 1 | - Qualification: Graduation degree (HEC recognized) with at least 15 years post-qualification experience in Air Traffic / Air Defence Controlling. - Experience & Skills: At least 5 years' experience at any leadership/executive/command position. - Be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. - Awareness of ICAO documents related to Air Transport, National Aviation Policy, Air Transport ANOS, and CAA rules and regulations. - Proficiency in MS Office. - In possession of superior presentation skills.
Assistant Director (AT & ER) (EG-01) | 6 | - Minimum 16 years of Education with a degree in LLM preferably with a certificate/diploma in Air Law or Business Administration (Marketing/Finance) with at least 2nd division from an HEC recognized University. - Experience & Skills: Work experience in the aviation industry preferable but not mandatory.

- Additional Director (Consumer Protection): Merit.
- Additional Director (Air Transport Operations): Merit.
- Additional Director (Air Transport Economics Oversight): Merit.
- Joint Director (Air Transport Operations): Merit.
- Assistant Director (AT & ER): Merit.
Lump Sum Pay Package shall be offered equivalent to Gross Pay of the respective Executive Group as mentioned above. (Negotiable)
**Age Limit:**
- Additional Director (Consumer Protection): Maximum 50 years (including all age relaxations).
- Additional Director (Air Transport Operations): Maximum 50 years (including all age relaxations).
- Additional Director (Air Transport Economics Oversight): Maximum 50 years (including all age relaxations).
- Joint Director (Air Transport Operations): Maximum 45 years (including all age relaxations).
- Assistant Director (AT & ER): Maximum 28 years (including all age relaxation).
