2. HOW TO APPLY

3. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Post name: Candidates must clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top-right corner of the envelope.

3. Interview venue: Office of the Deputy Medical Superintendent (Admin), Sindh Govt. Lyari General Hospital, Karachi. Shortlisted candidates will be informed by message & email.

4. Shortlisting: Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Candidates must fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria; documentary evidence of experience/qualifications is required.

5. Age relaxation: A general relaxation of five (05) years in the upper age limit is admissible per Government policy vide Notification No. SOII (SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II), dated 06.03.2025, issued by the Services General Administration & Coordination Department (SGA&CD), Government of Sindh.

6. Quotas: Quotas for women, minorities, persons with disabilities, and transgender persons shall be observed in accordance with applicable Government rules and policy in force.

7. Government employees: Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel and submit the required No Objection Certificate (NOC) where applicable.

8. Canvassing: Direct or indirect canvassing in any form shall result in disqualification.

9. Disqualification: Candidates dismissed, removed, or terminated from service, or whose previous employment record establishes misconduct, professional negligence, or other disqualifying conduct, may be disqualified in accordance with applicable rules after due consideration of the relevant record.

10. Institution's rights: The Institution reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process, withdraw any advertised post, reject an application on valid grounds, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage in accordance with applicable rules and without assigning any reason, where legally permissible.

11. TA/DA: No TA/DA shall be admissible to candidates appearing for the interview.
